UTA recently announced a Reduced Fare FAREPAY card option. This program, which is currently accepting applications, is available for youth, seniors, persons with disabilities and people who qualify as having low-income. Through this offering, these individuals can receive a 50% discount on UTA fare.

People are invited to qualify through an online application process. Once an application is completed and approved, a Reduced Fare FAREPAY Card will be issued to the applicant. This card allows regular rides on bus, TRAX, FrontRunner, S-Line streetcar, UTA on Demand by VIA, Ski Bus and PC-SLC Connect.

Riders can load value onto their FAREPAY card, pay with cash, or purchase a Reduced Fare ticket at a ticket vending machine all at a 50% discount.

You can apply for this discount today!
