1: Arrive
- Look for the electronic signs overhead at each platform to see which side of the platform your train will arrive on.
- Stand behind the yellow stripe until the train comes to a complete stop.
- Make sure it’s the line and destination you want by checking the LED sign on the front of the train.
2: Board
- Depending on your payment method, either tap on at a station validator before boarding or hold on to your proof of payment to show to a Fare Inspector or UTA Police Officer when asked. Learn more about how to validate your payment here.
- If the door does not open automatically, press the green button on or next to the door to open it.
3: Disembark
- TRAX stops at every station. Watch for station names on the platforms and listen for audio announcements to confirm your stop or connection information. Onboard digital overhead signs and system maps also show station information.
- If you have an electronic fare card, remember to tap off at the platform validator when you reach your final destination. Learn more about tapping on and off.
